Are really all orders Gift-Wrapped for free? [Top]
Yes. We put every item in a separate gift box and we gift-wrap every jewelry item individually
What is your standard shipping rate? [Top]
Standard shipping is $3.75. Free shipping on orders over $25.
Is your jewelry designed in limited collections? [Top]
Yes. Our jewelry is designed and made in very limited editions (10-20 pieces). We keep in stock only 1-2 pieces of each jewelry item we offer on our website. When it sells out, we make more, but usually not more than 20.
Do I pay sales tax outside California? [Top]
No. Only California residents pay sales tax. Residents from other states can shop tax free on zuzana-jewelry.com
How do I return my order? [Top]
You have 30 days to see if you like our handmade beaded jewelry product. If for some reason you are not satisfied with our jewelry, please send it back to us we will refund your money. (Shipping costs if applied are not refundable)
What time of day you usually ship your order? [Top]
All orders placed before 3PM (Pacific) are shipped the same day. Order placed after 3PM (Pacific) are shipping next morning.
How do you ship orders? [Top]
We put every item in a separate gift box and we gift-wrap every item individually. All items are then put in an envelope or a box depending on how many items are part of your order. Order are shipped the same day if order placed before 3PM (Pacific).
Can you give me a tracking number for my order? [Top]
Yes. You will get your tracking number in your confirmation email or simply contact us, we will send it to you.
If I order now, when can I expect my order to arrive? [Top]
Orders are usually shipped the same day and delivered to your door within 5 days.
What if my order is delayed? [Top]
Each order is getting a tracking number provided USPS. It's easy to track it and all delays can be monitored.
What if my order arrived damaged? [Top]
We apologize for inconvenience. Please pack your order and send it back to us. We will repair damage if possible or we will ship brand new piece
What if my order is lost? [Top]
Each order get a tracking number. Contact us and we will provide you with tracking number and will see what happened to your order.
Do I get a notification when my order is shipped? [Top]
Yes. You will get an email notification.

Is my shipment insured? [Top]
Yes. If your order is over $100. Orders less than $100 are not insured.
Is every order getting a delivery confirmation? [Top]
Yes. Delivery confirmation and tracking number is sent to you via email after we shipped your order.
Do you process and ship international orders? [Top]
No. We are sorry, but at this point we only accept payments and ship to US residents.
