Kevlar (poly(p-phenyleneterephtalamide) is incredibly strong thread for considering how thin it is. Kevlar thread is used to make bullet-proof vests, underwater cables, brake linings, space vehicles, boats, parachutes, skis and building materials. This incredibly strong thread does not rust nor corrode and is extremely lightweight. Kevlas is five times stronger than the same weight of steel. Kevlar was invented by Stephanie Kwolek and was patented by her in 1966.

We charge a flat shipping fee of just $3.75 for standard USPS delivery confirmation mail. Free shipping on all orders over $25.00. Orders placed before 12pm PST will be shipped same day.
