SHIPPING
Orders placed before 3 p.m. WPT will be shipped the next day with USPS delivery confirmation or insured priority mail (orders over $100). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped following Monday. In the course of shipping your order, your name and shipping address will be shared only with an intermediary such as USPS.
At this point we accept orders from USA only.
Standard shipping is $3.75. Free shipping on orders over $25.
Orders are usually delivered within 3 - 5 days since order is placed.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days. Items must be sent back in original packaging. Please insure the merchandise for the full value of the item(s) for your protection since returned damaged merchandise will not be honored. Please check the sizes given for each product before purchasing to avoid having to send it back because it doesn't fit.

DAMAGED DELIVERIES
Please inspect your purchase at the time of delivery. If the item is received damaged please notify us within 48 hours. You must hold the original packaging and merchandise for inspection, otherwise no claim, replacement or refund can be honored. You will receive full product price refund you have paid, minus shipping cost.

WARRANTY AND DAMAGES
All products are warranted for a period of 30 days from time of delivery. Warranty covers workmanship of our products. We guarantee our products from defect for 30 days from time of delivery. Product must be returned in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return postage.
If the product is returned we will exam the product, if it is damaged because of our workmanship, you will receive a refund of price of purchase or a replacement (which ever you prefer). If the damage is not due to our workmanship (our warranty does not cover clasps, pendants, all findings and beads themselves), you will receive a replacement or an in store credit for amount of the purchase (which ever you prefer).

If you accidentally damage or break your piece of jewelry, we will repair it for you if you return the piece with all its beads (or as many beads as you were able to collect) and components for a small fee. Contact us to make arrangements. You will need to pay for postage in both directions.

BRACELET SIZES
If you think you need a bracelet to be larger than the size of the bracelet displayed on the website
please add your request to the "comments box" on the order form and we will resize it at no extra charge.
WHOLESALE PURCHASES
If you are a retail business interested in selling our jewelry, please contact us to work out arrangements.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders require 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due at the time of shipping. Custom made orders can not be returned, unless damaged while shipping or damage occurs within 7 days after delivery (if damage falls within our workmanship warranty). Customer is responsible for return postage. Such products will be repaired and shipped back to you. There is no refund policy on custom made orders.
